OnFileMonitor
What is it?
OnFileMonitor is an "invisible" program that monitors one or more directories. If a file is found which meet the criterias it will start an userdefined application.
An example of this, and also the reason I made this application in the beginning, is Recording TV on the PC.
It contains 2 applications. The engine is the program doing all the actual stuff and the other is the GUI where you configure everything and setup new jobs.
